Administrative Management, Toll-Free Fulfillment and Referral Services: This task supported the Department of Housing and Urban Development – Document Distribution and Mail Branch, Document Management Division. Quality Support, Inc.’s 15 on-site operators responded to nationwide and local telephone, fax, written, Internet, and in-person requests for HUD directives, forms, and publications. Using various software platforms and unique on-demand printing applications and hardware products, Quality Support, Inc. ensured the timely fulfillment of directives, forms, and publication requests through order entry, database management, and printing and image scanning techniques. To provide the general public, along with the housing, real estate and mortgage industries, with concise information regarding various HUD programs and directives, Quality Support, Inc.’s staff also directed callers to the appropriate HUD offices within the caller's state, region, or within HUD Headquarters. Additionally, if further information was needed, the staff directed callers to local public housing agencies and housing support entities.

Quick Copy Duplicating Services: This task supported the HUD Publications Branch, Multimedia Management Division. Under this task, Quality Support, Inc. employees provided HUD with on-site "Quick Copy" duplicating support services via the utilization of a variety of high-speed black-and white and or color copiers and peripheral copier and printing equipment. While the contract was active, Quality Support, Inc.’s efforts during peak, time-sensitive, and crucial requirements, resulted in laudatory commendation directly from the Secretary of HUD.

Technical and Administrative Services for Line of Credit Control System (LOCCS) Access Security
October 1995 - September 1997

Security-cleared Quality Support, Inc. on-site employees provided the HUD Chief Financial Office (CFO) and the Office of Financial Accounting (OFA) with a myriad of technical and administrative services. These services supported the password administration and user assistance functions of the nationwide HUD LOCCS, a computerized cash management & disbursement system that assists in the planning, accounting, and evaluating of disbursements.
