Quality Support, Inc. provided management of personnel, equipment, material and supplies needed to operate and manage administrative support services for the USAOC&S, U.S. Air Force Detachment 1, 3340 Technical Training Group, and U.S. Marine Corps Administrative Detachment assigned to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. We maintained academic records and updated the Army-wide training database using the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) and the Automated Instructional Management System (AIMS). Support services also included classified material handling and destruction, mailroom operations, printing management, and training coordination. Thanks in large part to the quality of service provided, this contract was re-awarded to Quality Support, Inc. in 2004 for another five years.
