Executive Assistant
Immediate Opening
Requires a SECRET security clearance
The incumbent manages multiple administrative, logistic, and coordination functions, including preparation of memos,
briefings, spreadsheets, papers, reports, and other materials; schedules and organizes office conferences/meetings;
prepares travel orders and files vouchers using online systems; prepares travel arrangements for office personnel as needed,
including hotel, airline, and rental car reservations; processes required documentation with various offices; prepares and
manages correspondence; creates and maintains databases; ensures information is properly distributed to points of contact;
assists in preparation of electronic and hardcopy coordination; creates and maintains office files; maintains Director's
calendar; monitors office leave schedules;performs various executive administrative tasks.
Required Skills: Strong organizational, communications, and administrative management skills a must;
knowledge of military protocols and procedures; expertise with Microsoft Office and related applications; knowledge of FAST
Travel System or other Defense Travel Systems a plus.
Clearance Requirements:This position requires a Secret security clearance.

Temporary Administrative Assistant
On-going Opening
Quality Support has an on-going need for professional support for administrative, coordination, customer service, and event
support positions. These positions are generally for temporary assignments, such as on-site conference or project support. Personnel
should have reliable experience with office administration, customer service, travel and logistics, or communications.
Required Skills: Strong organizational, communications, logistics, and administrative management
skills a must; experience with Microsoft Office and related applications. Students, retired personnel, and military Veterans
are strongly encouraged to apply for these positions. Please note any specialized knowledge, skills, or current security

Desktop Support Engineer
Immediate Opening
Requires Public Trust Clearance
Diagnose and resolve all user desktop support issues reported via web, email, and in person at the support walk-up counter. Document and track all reported troubles using the BMC SDE Suite ticketing system. Provide quality customer service and resolve troubles in line with Client SLA parameters. Perform network administration tasks, such as but not limited to, adding/deleting users, unlocking user accounts, changing passwords, modifying distribution lists and file access permissions.
Manage and update existing inventory/asset tracking system. Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices used on the Client network according to Federal Desktop Core Configuration (FDCC).
Provide after hours support though use of a Government-assigned BlackBerry device and laptop. Provide end-user support and training on the use of new hardware. Assist in documentation on operating procedures. Provide support for tracking the inventory of consumable supplies.
Perform computer and peripherals moves upon request.
Required Skills: Strong organizational, communications, and administrative management skills are a must with at least 3 years prior work experience in desktop/technical support.
Desired qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) areas of expertise
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent
