Our personnel troubleshoot, evaluate and diagnose problems from file servers, network electronics, PC workstations, printers, and other peripherals. We provide support for the Procurement Desktop-Defense Standard Procurement System (PD² /SPS System). Additionally, due to our superior service provided to AFDW, the tasks of maintaining and updating selected Air Force websites was added to our contract.

Our responsibilities on this contract include tracking grant budgets, preparing material for SAF/FMB reports, such as annual budget reports, inputting data into the Fiscal Year Database, reports preparation, and coordinating and conducting executive-level meetings and conferences. Veterans and Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business Training Conference
In April 2004, Quality Support was selected by GSA to assist in the planning, marketing, and management of the GSA/Veterans Affairs procurement Conference for Veteran and Service Disabled Veteran businesses. The conference was scheduled for May 27, 2004, and with extremely tight deadlines, Quality Support expertly coordinated activity between the GSA and VA, established an effective web based registration site, handled hundreds of calls and emails, and assisted with National advertisement of the event and the actual recruitment of Veteran and SDVOB attendees. By the time of this high level event held at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, Quality Support had been instrumental in the recruitment of more than 700 attendees, although the GSA's goal was that of 500 attendees.

On site, we expertly processed registered and unregistered attendees and exhibitors, coordinated activities between GSA and Ronald Reagan Building staff, and made our Veterans feel at home. The "Opening Doors for America's Heroes" Veterans Conference was a huge success, and was attended by numerous Federal Government agencies, Prime Contractors, and high level officials to include former Senator Bob Dole, the GSA Administrator Stephen Perry, and others. Quality Support was publicly recognized by Mr. Donald Williams, Administrator, GSA, NCR during the conference, for our stellar and contributing performance.

Quality Support researched several thousand NEA Grant records to verify and/or correct certain Congressional District data associated with each grant award. With thorough research, and using a variety of ADP tools, we ensured that the information on file at NEA was consistent with the new Congressional District boundaries brought about by the 1990 Census.

Quality Support provided NEH with research, verification, and administrative services associated with NEH grant awards. This time-sensitive effort required 100% accuracy, guaranteed through our fundamental knowledge of the Congressional Districts and the applicable research methodology. Additionally, we created the database to identify, store, and manage critical information for split Congressional Districts.

Workflow Study & ADP Analysis
In phasing out existing mainframe platforms, NEH was moving toward a PC-based, Novell LAN environment. Quality Support performed an on site survey of the work procedures of 30 staff members and their usage of existing Mainframe and PC tools. A final report recommended enhanced work procedures and training methodologies, Internet links, and methods by which personnel could maximize the effectiveness of newly acquired PC platforms. We also recommended the introduction of a PC-based 4GL Foxpro Database to maintain critical NEH grant application data and to streamline information retrieval.

Quality Support provided the NASA Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization with a myriad of administrative, research, and desktop publishing services. Additionally, we developed and maintained the database for the "NASA List of Top Prime Contractors," and also maintained the "NASA List of 8(a), SDB and Women-Owned Contractors." Furthermore, Quality Support provided writing, editing, and desktop publishing services for the NASA Code K Quarterly Newsletter.
