Wayne M. Gatewood, Jr.
President / CEO

With 36-years of top-level management and administrative experience, Wayne has provided management advice and administrative support for government and commercial sector enterprises. His leadership and vision have helped establish Quality Support in the federal and commercial marketplaces. He is a recognized expert in the management of administrative and technical support contracts for many government agencies. A 21-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he served as a senior intelligence support manager and personnel/administrative manager in the U.S. and abroad. He is the recipient of numerous decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal. Wayne holds an MS in International Relations from Troy State University and BS in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University. Furthermore, he is a noted speaker on the complex issues involving transition from the military to civilian life.

 
Lydia M. Miller
Executive Vice President / CFO

Lydia Miller's 27-year professional career includes highly integrated experience in senior-level administrative, personnel and technical service management. Lydia develops and oversees Quality Support's financial, personnel, and administrative policies. An entrepreneurial spirit and 18 years of government contract experience help her to ensure the delivery of superior services to Quality Support's clients. A key figure in the evolution of the company, she has instituted highly effective cost reduction initiatives, and has developed unique programs to attract and retain the finest employees. Noteworthy is her participation in numerous symposiums in technical recruiting, management, government contracting, accounting, and financial management. Lydia holds a BS in Business Administration from Towson State University.

Aurellia V. Dyson
Vice President, Conference Support & Logistics Services

Aurellia Dyson has more than 25 years experience in business analysis and project management, including events and meeting planning, conference management and logistics in federal and state governments, and commercial and nonprofit environments. A founding member of our Conference Support Division, Aurellia has been personally involved in all conference-related contracts performed by Quality Support, Inc. Specifically, she has provided leadership to the strategic planning, site selection and staffing of an international office in London, UK, for a long-term administrative support and conference management team.  She negotiates numerous high-dollar property and equipment leases, coordinates air and ground travel for thousands of international travelers; has responsibility for financial analysis of our conference and logistical contracts; manages national and international training programs; and coordinates the strategic planning for administrative and logistical support for international elections with international humanitarian organizations and the U.S. Department of State. Aurellia attended the University of Maryland and has attended numerous specialized management, leadership, accounting, and IT courses and seminars.

Tommie L. Parker
Corporate Program Manager

Mr. Parker has 27 years of experience specializing in administration including responsibility for staff support such as planning, programming, budgeting and tracking, allocation of resources. He has been directly responsible for the selection, deployment, and re-deployment of personnel and equipment in organizations of up to 400 personnel. He acts as Personnel Liaison between our CEO and senior executive leadership for our staff on all issues including contract and personnel requirements. He retired from the United States Air Force, after 25 years service, at the rank of Master Sergeant.

Mario A. DiFranco
Vice President of Finance & Administration

Mario DiFranco has served as Quality Support's Corporate Finance Manager since 2002. His professional career includes financial management experience with multiple government contractors. At Quality Support, he implements and assists in developing financial, personnel, and administrative policies, prepares and monitors contract budgets, and is responsible for the payroll and accounting for the entire company. His efforts have allowed Quality Support to streamline financial activities and improve overall efficiency. He has participated in multiple accounting classes specifically relative to Federal Government contracting. Mr. DiFranco holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park.

Advisory Board: Quality Support is also assisted by an advisory board staffed by members of the business and technical community. The board, in conjunction with Quality Support's network of professional advisors, associates, and employees provides a reliable source for marketing and operations' knowledge necessary to succeed in a competitive market.

In addition to the Advisory Board, Quality Support is supported by the Certified Public Accounting Firm of Flesch and Associates, and the Law Firm of Joseph Billings, of Bowie, Maryland.
