Wayne M. Gatewood, Jr.
President / CEO

With 43-years of top-level management and administrative experience, Wayne has provided management advice and administrative support for government and commercial sector enterprises. His leadership and vision have helped establish Quality Support in the federal and commercial marketplaces. He is a recognized expert in the management of administrative and technical support contracts for many government agencies. A 21-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he served as a senior intelligence support manager and personnel/administrative manager in the U.S. and abroad. He is the recipient of numerous decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal. Wayne holds an MS in International Relations from Troy State University and BS in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University. Furthermore, he is a noted speaker on the complex issues involving transition from the military to civilian life.

 
Nancy M. Holmes
Executive Vice President

As a leader, trainer and strategic thinker, Ms. Holmes is an expert in small business building and marketing for successful and managed corporate growth. Her greatest area of strength is organizational development and business design. As the operations and marketing leader for Quality Support, she models, teaches, mentors and communicates best business processes, procedures and practices. She drives the Quality Support team to profit and personal satisfaction. She focuses Quality Support as a Federal contracting firm to visualize the future and to strategically plan, market, operate, account, assess and win. Her record of financial and operational success for businesses and federal agencies attests to her abilities in understanding federal government mandates; federal acquisition outsourcing and procurement policy and requirements; congressional funding and committee monitoring/reporting requirements; and, building winning teams to champion superior performance. She is also known for her relationship brokering for long term team partnerships, professional networking and mutual goal attainment.

Additionally, Ms. Holmes has mastered the project management experience in the areas of needs assessment, curriculum design, training delivery, technical assistance consultation, project evaluation, grant application peer review, conference planning, and program development. Ms. Holmes has led a number of federal contracts and federal grant programs and training initiatives as a management consultant contractor for the construction of organizational health and operations; health education, peer review, training, housing regulatory training, emergency management, real-time research, and service delivery projects nationwide. She excels in the administrative operation of federal contracts, including project design, task organization, negotiation, service implementation, reporting, budget monitoring, and closeout procedures. She volunteers in her community and is good to her parents.

 
Barbara V. Parham
Vice President, Corporate Operations

Ms. Barbara Parham has over 25 years experience in project management, direct marketing, meeting, conference, and trade show coordination. As the leader of Quality Support’s conference team, Barbara has provided and overseen all phases of logistical support for meetings, grant reviews, conferences, ambassadorial seminars and trade shows for domestic and international events. She interacts with clients to identify the objectives and milestones of each project component, establish project timelines, oversee vendor payments, reimbursements and project reconciliation. Earlier in her career, as Direct Marketing Manager, she worked directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing exploring and developing strategic campaigns utilizing the Internet, direct mail, print advertisement, trade shows, seminars, telemarketing, and Email blasts. Barbara attended Prince Georges Community College and Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to being the focal point for all conference, meeting and logistical services, Ms. Parham also supports all other Corporate operations.

The board, in conjunction with Quality Support's network of professional advisors, associates, and employees provides a reliable source for marketing and operations' knowledge necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
