OUR DIVISIONS AND OUR CAPABILITIES

Conference & Meeting Support Division

Conference: We provide logistical, management and administrative support for the Technical Assistance Workshops held in Rockville, MD, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, and Los Angeles, CA. This division designs and disseminates invitational materials, workshop presentations, workbooks, and brochures. We receive all invitation responses and compile attendance rosters for each location, and procure presentation equipment. All hotel, banquet, and meeting space requirements are arranged by Quality Support. Additionally, we maintain the registration desk and provide post-conference information. This division has traveled to and from conference locations at nine cities across the United States; and London in the United Kingdom.

Management Division

Management: We provide senior level managers, programmers and complete teams for turnkey contract fulfillment. This division also offers Facilities Management services, on and off site program and project management, and specialized project support.

Specialized Recruitment: Just as important as the required skill set is our understanding of the imperatives, so we do our homework to determine the best fit. We also secure personnel for placement into critical technical billets that require special access and top-level security clearances. We also excel in the recruitment of minority personnel, women, and military veterans.

Project & Program Support Division

This division provides the administrative, logistical and specialized services for on and off-site contracts, programs and projects. We provide both short term personnel to full-lifecycle contract support.

Administrative Support: Our specialties include Database Management, LAN Administration, Systems Administration, Data Entry and Information Processing, Help Desk Support, Mass Mailings, Toll-Free Fulfillment Services, and other staff augmentation needs.

Logistical Support: We provide Training, and Facilitation Services which includes Transportation and Classified Material Courier Services.

Specialized Support: Quality Support provides Copy Writing, Editing Publishing / Graphic Art & Design Support. This division also provides expertise for Workflow Studies, Analyses, and other types of specialized reporting.

Technical Support Division

We provide the personnel to support long term or surge requirements' technical initiatives. Whether it is a senior-level systems engineer, a computer programmer, a systems or database manager, or a technical writer, we have the capabilities. We provide expertise in the phases of Systems Analysis, Web Design, and Installation and Support services. Furthermore, we provide LAN/WAN support, Database Programming and Management, Internet/Intranet development, and Multimedia Streaming.

The Quality Support OSDBU & SADBUS Directory

We create and publish a copyrighted, comprehensive directory of the federal government offices of small & disadvantaged business utilization (OSDBU). This is a continuously updated contact list of small & disadvantaged business utilization specialists (SADBUS) and procurement officials. This nationally marketed publication has proved to be an invaluable reference for minority-owned, small and disadvantaged and women-owned businesses.
