Quality Support, Inc., has been selected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide support services for the FBI's Information Technology Study Group. Through this contract, Quality Support will design and implement web-based registration portals and provide high-level meeting and conference management services.

Quality Support, Inc. Signs Subcontract with ITility to Provide Services for the Air Force/Air Force Command Center Under a Multiple Award Task Order, $4.7B Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Called Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV.
ITility, a SDVOSB, is a premiere program management, information technology, and operations support services company serving the U.S. Army's North Atlantic Regional Medical Command, Health Affairs and TRICARE Management Activity, Defense Information Systems Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Education.
Quality Support, Inc. is Once Again Classified a Small Business under all of its North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes.
Based on the re-evaluations of relevant industry and program data and the SBA’s assessments of public comments it received, the SBA has decided to increase small business size standards for 34 industries and three sub-industries in NAICS Sector 54 and one industry in NAICS Sector 81.
Therefore, effective March 12, 2012, Quality Support will once again be eligible for set-aside competition as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under all of its administrative management support, conference and logistical services, and other related NAICS.
